How SiteWise works
SiteWise is Site Safe’s health & safety prequalification for New Zealand contractors. You answer a set of questions and upload evidence, and a percentage grade is produced — Gold (90%+), Green (75–89%), Amber (50–74%) or Red (under 50%). Site Safe says Green has been used as a minimum requirement by many organisations. Assessment evidence generally needs to be less than 12 months old, which is why this checker asks whether each area is not just in place but current.
This tool estimates your readiness using SiteWise’s published question weighting, but the number is a Complys readiness estimate, not an official mark. Your actual grade is decided by Site Safe’s qualified assessors from the evidence you submit.

How is the percentage worked out?
It uses SiteWise's published question weighting (Hazards & Risk 25, Incidents 20, Hazardous Substances 20, and so on, out of 180) with a Complys readiness model for partial or out-of-date evidence. It is not SiteWise's official marking method, so treat it as an estimate.
What are the SiteWise grades?
SiteWise reports a percentage with grades of Gold (90%+), Green (75–89%), Amber (50–74%) and Red (under 50%). Site Safe says Green has been used as a minimum requirement by many organisations. The bands here are shown as context for your estimate.
