What is farm WHS compliance software?

Can it keep our chemical register and spray records?
Yes. Complys keeps an agvet chemical register with a safety data sheet for each product, and lets you log applications with the product, rate, date, paddock, operator and the withholding period, so you have a clean, time-stamped spray record. Agvet chemicals are regulated federally by the APVMA and used under state and territory controls, and some products or uses require an accredited operator, check the requirements that apply to your chemicals and jurisdiction. Complys organises the records; it does not authorise chemical use.
Does it handle seasonal and labour-hire workers?
Yes. You can onboard seasonal and labour-hire workers quickly with right-to-work and visa checks, inductions and competency recorded against each person. Where you take on workers from a labour-hire provider, WHS duties are shared between the provider and your farm as the host, and both must consult, cooperate and coordinate, Complys keeps your induction and coordination records so you can show you met your part.
Does it report notifiable incidents to the regulator for me?
No. Complys helps you recognise when an incident may be notifiable and keeps a clean record of what happened and what you did, but you make the actual notification to your state or territory WHS regulator. Complys organises and evidences your compliance; it does not notify on your behalf.
