You use Complys, so you know where we can make it better. Send us your best idea for an improvement, amendment or new feature. It could make something quicker, easier or more useful — or be something completely new.
Winter 2026 round — entries close 11:59pm (UK time), 15 December 2026. More rounds planned for 2027.
A feature we're missing, or something we could make easier.
It takes a couple of minutes — the problem, and what would make it better.
The best ideas win up to 12 months free.
Spot it → Suggest it → We review it
We give away free Complys rather than cash — it rewards the people who genuinely care about the product.
This isn't a popularity contest. Every eligible idea is scored by the Complys team against five published criteria. A small improvement that saves thousands of users time can score higher than a large new feature — and the winning idea does not have to be new. Improving something already in Complys can win.
Tell us the problem and what would make it better. We review every eligible entry.
The Complys Product Improvement Competition gives our users the opportunity to influence how Complys develops. We're looking for ideas that make existing features easier to use, reduce unnecessary admin, improve compliance workflows or introduce useful new functionality.
Ideas can relate to any part of Complys — including RAMS, training, contractor onboarding, worker passports, projects, jobs, workers, properties, care, vehicles, documents, CRM, quotes and invoices, or the Complys mobile app.
You don't need to suggest a huge new feature. A small improvement that saves Complys users time could be just as valuable.
Our first winners will be announced here after the Winter 2026 round closes. With the winner's permission, we'll feature their idea and business here after each round.
Winners are selected by the Complys team after the closing date and notified by email at the address on their entry — we aim to do this within 14 days of the closing date. Winning does not guarantee an idea will be built; product decisions stay at our discretion. Every entry, winner or not, is read and feeds our roadmap.
It's our way of letting the people who use Complys shape how it develops. Tell us an idea to improve, amend or add to Complys; the best ideas each round win free Complys. It doubles as our product-feedback channel — every eligible entry is read and scored.
It's open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are current Complys customers, trial users or registered users. So you don't have to be a paying customer — a free trial or registered account is enough.
Anything that would make Complys better — an easier way to do something, an improvement to an existing feature, a new feature, an integration, a mobile-app improvement, or something Complys could replace. It doesn't have to be a huge new feature; a small change that saves users time can win.
Yes, as long as each submission is a genuinely different idea.
Yes. If you'd rather not enter the competition, choose 'Send anonymous product feedback only' on the form — no name, business or email needed. It's still read by the team, but it isn't entered for a prize.
This isn't a public vote. The Complys team scores every eligible entry against five published criteria: value to users (30%), ease of use (20%), wider usefulness (20%), compliance or business impact (20%) and innovation (10%). First prize is 12 months of Complys free, second 6 months, third 3 months — and we may award additional free months for other ideas we decide to build. The judges' decision is final.
Every idea is read and feeds our roadmap. Winning does not guarantee an idea will be built: product decisions stay with Complys, and we may already be working on something similar. By entering you grant Complys permission to use and develop the idea, with no further payment due — see the full terms.
No. Winning does not require any publicity. With your separate permission we'd love to feature your name, business and idea here after the round — but you can decline and still receive your prize in full.
Entries for this round (Winter 2026) close at 11:59pm (UK time), 15 December 2026. More product-improvement rounds are planned for 2027.
